Our casino industry expertise will help you enhance your player development programs with measurable improvements to customer loyalty. Using Advanced Intelligence Marketing (AIM®), we make it convenient for your hosts and player development staff to be in direct contact with players. Then there are Senior Executive Casino hosts who have the next level players and finally there are Player Development Hosts who have the highest level players in the casino. If there is a celebrity guest that plays at a casino, they will often be assigned directly to the General Manager of the casino and not a host.

The goal of our casino hosts is to ensure the guest has the very best possible experience and enjoys their visit.
